TECNOMEC srl recognizes the importance of protecting the personal information of its users and is committed to processing it responsibly and in compliance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. The processing of personal data entered, collected and processed through the website https://www.lctecnomec.it is carried out in compliance with the rights of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality obligations, protection of personal identity and the right to the protection of personal data pursuant to and for the purposes of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of personal data.

 

Purposes of processing

The collection and processing of personal data are carried out for the purpose of:

• fulfilling all operations required by regulatory obligations;

• carrying out operations strictly connected and instrumental to the establishment of contractual relationships, including the acquisition of preliminary information prior to the conclusion of the Contract, as well as the performance of the contract;

• managing pre-contractual relationships;

• managing contractual relationships, including administration, accounting, orders, shipments, invoicing, services and management of any disputes;

• direct marketing purposes,

and shall be processed in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your confidentiality and rights. Your personal data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationships established and subsequently for the fulfilment of all legal and tax obligations, as well as for future commercial purposes.

 

Type of data and Processing methods.

The processing of data, which may also include identifying data, for the purposes set out above is carried out both by automated means, on electronic or magnetic media, and by non-automated means, on paper media, in compliance with the confidentiality and security rules provided for by law, the related regulations and internal provisions.

 

Place of processing.

The data are currently processed and stored at L.C. TECNOMEC S.R.L., with registered office at via Verdi, 26 – 37060 Castel d’Azzano (VR). They may also be processed by professionals and/or companies appointed to carry out technical, development, management and administrative-accounting activities.

 

Mandatory or optional nature of providing data

Certain data are essential for establishing or performing the contractual relationship, while others may be considered ancillary for these purposes. The provision of data to the undersigned company is mandatory only for data subject to a legal or contractual obligation.

 

Consequences of any refusal to provide data

Where the provision of data is required by a legal or contractual obligation, any refusal would prevent the Data Controller from performing or continuing the Contract, as doing so would constitute unlawful processing. Where there is no legal obligation to provide the data, refusal would not result in the consequences described above, but would nevertheless prevent the performance of ancillary operations.

 

Disclosure of data.

Without prejudice to disclosures and dissemination carried out in compliance with legal obligations, data relating to your legal entity may be disclosed in Italy and/or abroad to:

• Professionals and consultants, consulting firms, factoring companies, credit institutions, debt collection companies, credit insurance companies, business information companies;

• Public and private entities;

• Parties who may access your data pursuant to legal provisions.

 

Data retention periods

The data provided will be stored in our archives according to the following criteria:

• For administration, accounting, orders, quotation management, booking management and management of the entire contract, support, invoicing, services and management of any disputes: 10 years as required by law, without prejudice to any delayed payments of amounts due that may justify a longer retention period;

• For marketing purposes: 48 months.

 

Rights of the Data Subject

With regard to the aforementioned personal data, you may exercise the rights provided for under Art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and Art. 15 of the GDPR. If you have provided any form of consent to the requested processing, please note that the data subject may withdraw such consent at any time, without prejudice to the mandatory requirements provided for by the legislation in force at the time of the withdrawal request, by contacting the Data Controller at the contact details provided below.
